  • Advertise in Local Newspapers and Publications.
  • We will have your property advertised through sponsored
    listings on www.google.com on this website.
  • Contact 50 or more residents in the area surrounding your
    property via mail.
  • Conduct Open House Promotions if required.  
  • Show your property to Qualified prospective buyers as
    needed.

    Accepting the Offer
  • First, make sure prospective buyers are pre-
    approved with a bank or mortgage company.
  • Make you aware of the financing options available
    from all prospective buyers.
  • We will assist you in the negotiating process to get
    you the best value possible.
  • We will then walk you through the acceptance
    process.

    Following through to the Closing
  • Help you coordinate the necessities.
  • We will keep you informed on all mortgage, title and other
    closing procedures.
  • Monitor buyer's real estate agent to insure contract
    compliance to terms agreed to.
  • Keep current with the Buyer's Agent to assure the closing
    will conducted on schedule.
  • Represent you upon the presentation of all contracts
    presented.
  • Deliver your check at the closing.
