up to date information on all houses currently on the
market. - We will search all real estate listings on a daily basis to find
homes that meet your guidelines. - We will then set appointments to go and visit the Best
Properties.
- Making the Offer
- We will prepare your initial offer with you, detailing
the terms and sale price. - We will then work with you through the negotiating
process if your initial offer is not accepted.
- Following through to the Closing
- Help you coordinate the necessities; insurance,
appraisal, inspection...etc. - We will coordinate the loan application per contract time
frame. - Monitor seller's real estate agent to insure contract
compliance to terms agreed to. - Keep current with Lender to assure closing on schedule.
- Arrange closing with buyers, lender, sellers and closing
